We are taking you behind the scenes at Panama PR. In our “Meet the team” series we will introduce you to our consultants and give you insights into our everyday work.
Episode 5: Tamara Stegmaier. Tamara started as an intern at Panama PR in March 2012 and has already worked on almost all client projects. A special highlight of her time so far: As part of an agency exchange in 2019, she spent one week with our Dutch partner agency Marcommit from the PR World Alliance network.
What is the best thing about your job? What do you enjoy most?
It never gets boring! We look after customers from different industries: In the morning a text about transport and logistics solutions, in the afternoon social media strategies for wine clients. I also enjoy being part of an international team and being at trade fairs and events — Covid permitting.
What was the funniest reaction to the question “What do you actually do as a PR consultant”?
A surprised exclamation: What? You actually do something else besides drinking Champagne?
Early or late riser?
Late. I follow the example of my clients in Italy and France. The most creative discussions and brainstorming sessions often take place in the evenings.
Coffee or tea?
Both! First a flat white and then herbal tea – I often use the coffee machine and tea maker at the same time in the agency kitchen.
What makes Panama PR special? ⠀
The people, of course. But that applies not only to the team here at the agency, but also to our clients.
